On January 18, 2022, the inaugural meeting of the Chaozhou Chao’an District Packaging and Printing Industry Association and its first member assembly were grandly held in the conference hall of the Chao’an District Government. The establishment of the Chao’an District Packaging and Printing Industry Association is of great significance for further promoting the connection between the government and enterprises, enhancing industry exchange and cooperation, and fostering collective development in our district’s packaging and printing industry.
Zhuang Chaohui, Deputy Director of the Chaozhou People’s Congress Standing Committee and Secretary of the Chao’an District Committee, attended the meeting and delivered a speech, warmly congratulating the establishment of the District Packaging and Printing Industry Association. He pointed out that after years of vigorous development, the packaging and printing industry in Chao’an District now boasts a complete industrial chain, high market share, and large industry scale. It has become one of the district’s pillar industries and a key driver of economic development.
Secretary Zhuang emphasized that all relevant departments at various levels in the district should make every effort to provide the highest quality and most convenient services to the packaging and printing industry. They should empower the industry with technology, drive high-quality development through low-carbon and environmental practices, continuously enhance leading enterprises, and expand small and medium-sized enterprises. The District Packaging and Printing Industry Association should also improve its organizational structure, set higher industry standards, enhance management and service levels, and fully play the role of a bridge connecting the government, enterprises, and users. It should act as a link between production, sales, and services, leading industry enterprises to closely integrate with the characteristics of the times, seize major development opportunities, unite and cooperate, compete in an orderly manner, and accelerate the modernization of the district’s packaging and printing industry. This will contribute to creating a distinctive industrial corridor and accelerating the construction of a beautiful new Chao’an.
President Wang Yidan stated that the Chao’an District Packaging and Printing Industry Association will uphold the spirit of Chaozhou and Shantou, drawing from the essence of Chaozhou and Shantou’s packaging and printing culture. With a commitment to integrity, member service, and collective development, the association will continuously solidify its development foundation. It aims to integrate upstream and downstream supporting material suppliers within the industry, forming a one-stop industrial chain and support service system.
By inviting experts to conduct training sessions within the association and organizing visits to printing manufacturers in other regions, the association will learn advanced management experiences and processes. This will help enterprises optimize their environments, improve competitiveness, and make greater contributions to the economic development of the district.
